FLORE LUMIÈRE: RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Returns Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With labels
- In the original packaging
You must also be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping: Returns must be shipped to the following address:
- Jan Valsterweg 61b, Dordrecht, 3315 LG, Netherlands.
- Return label and instructions: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return your package.
- Important note
Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

- Refunds
- Inspection: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
- Refund: Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing time: Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
- Aftercare: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@florelumiere.com.
