1. Shipping time
1.1 We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment.
1.2 Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM are usually shipped the same day, unless stated otherwise.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Our standard shipping method is via SendCloud.
2.2 We also offer expedited shipping options for customers who want to receive their order faster. Available expedited shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout.
3. Shipping costs
3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen shipping method.
3.2 You can view and select the shipping costs during checkout before placing your order.
4. International Shipping
4.1 We ship worldwide to most countries.
4.2 Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and other restrictions. Any customs fees, taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Track your order
5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

6.1 Although we do our best to dispatch your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or logistical problems with the carrier.
